TempAlert Vehicle Tracking System

The TempAlert is Wireless Telematics’ Commercial Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) device. Using our WTAVL Tracking Interface you can manage your Truck or Service fleet easily. The TempAlert will not only show your vehicle's position but you can also configure the device to notify you when the vehicle comes within a configured distance from it’s destination or when the vehicle has left a defined area using our iFence capabilities. If your cargo is perishable, the device can also monitor the trailer temperature and send alarm messages when the temperature falls outside your set temperature range, and you can graph the temperature data to see when and for how long your cargo was outside the set temperature. Telemetry from our tracking device includes: latitude, longitude, direction, speed, date and time and trailer temperature.

Alarm Notification
When this button is pressed on the device an email or pager message will be sent to the people you want notified that you need assistance.Create iFences
An iFence is a circular virtual geological fence that the user can draw on the map using our WTAVL Tracking Interface and program into the device to define an area of interest. When the vehicle enters or exits the iFence the device will report the action thus notifying you by sending an email or a message to your pager.Set Tracking Interval

Using this feature you can configure the device to report its location when the vehicle is turned off.Recall History Data
We know that you cannot watch the vehicle all the time so we’ve provided additional functionality so you can evaluate the vehicles last route and see where it has been since you last checked on the vehicle.Request Device Location
You can manually ask the device to report its location by a click of a button.Temperature Data Graphing
If your truck is carrying a perishable cargo you can monitor the temperature of the truck and you’ll be notified if the temperature goes outside your preset range. This is a special feature that requires additional temperature RTD equipment. When you purchase your device, please specify if you want to add this additional functionality to your unit.Enable/Disable Engine
If you are traveling and you don’t want your vehicle to be moved you can disable the engine so that it cannot be started until you enable it. This is a special feature that requires a specific device installation. Please check our installation manual for the installation of your choice.Unlock Doors
When you lose your keys to the car, are device will automatically unlock the door for you when commanded using the WTAVL Tracking Interface. This is a special feature that requires a specific device installation. Please check our installation manual for the installation of your choice.
