New Licensing Agreement Between Page-A-Lock Online, LLC
and Wireless Telematics, LLC

Page-A-Lock Online, LLC has signed a licensing agreement for
telemetry and data handling services with Wireless Telematics
LLC.
The new licensing agreement will allow Page-A-Lock to extend
their ReFLEX™ based services to control electronic locks nationwide.
Page-A-Lock subscribers pay a low monthly fee for Web-based access-control
services, including lockout protection for homeowners, the ability
to open doors using a cell phone, download of audit trails of
all lock operations and notification, by pager or email, of events
occurring at the door.
Page-A-Lock uses the patented technology of Jay & Scott
Martin of Highland Park, IL to deliver a host of special locking
features to commercial and residential users. Advanced features
include the ability to simultaneously open all the doors in a
building or complex in case of an emergency. During a hotel fire
or other disaster this feature allows emergency workers to gain
quick access to secured areas to search for surviviors.
Wireless Telematics is an industry leader in using the Internet
to transmit and collect data using wireless telemetry. Motorola's
ReFLEX™ is the paging standard. Paging is uniquely suited to
control doors, as it is the only technology that combines proven
reliability with the ability to penetrate buildings. The new
licensing agreement between Page-A-Lock and Wireless Telematics
puts capability of paging together with the power of the internet
