and Wireless Telematics, LLC

July 2002

Page-A-Lock Online, LLC has signed a licensing agreement for telemetry and data handling services with Wireless Telematics LLC.

The new licensing agreement will allow Page-A-Lock to extend their ReFLEX™ based services to control electronic locks nationwide. Page-A-Lock subscribers pay a low monthly fee for Web-based access-control services, including lockout protection for homeowners, the ability to open doors using a cell phone, download of audit trails of all lock operations and notification, by pager or email, of events occurring at the door.

Page-A-Lock uses the patented technology of Jay & Scott Martin of Highland Park, IL to deliver a host of special locking features to commercial and residential users. Advanced features include the ability to simultaneously open all the doors in a building or complex in case of an emergency. During a hotel fire or other disaster this feature allows emergency workers to gain quick access to secured areas to search for surviviors.

Wireless Telematics is an industry leader in using the Internet to transmit and collect data using wireless telemetry. Motorola's ReFLEX™ is the paging standard. Paging is uniquely suited to control doors, as it is the only technology that combines proven reliability with the ability to penetrate buildings. The new licensing agreement between Page-A-Lock and Wireless Telematics puts capability of paging together with the power of the internet to bring the promise of true access control to every door.
